Mentors wanted
As a volunteer serving as a mentor, you can help someone build a better life for themselves and in some cases, their entire families. ChildServ’s CCAP is search of individuals who are willing to give their time and build a special relationship with a teen by helping them to identify and achieve their personal goals. If you prefer working with adults, ChildServ’s Grand Family Support Program needs adults to share ideas and moral support with the grandmothers and grandfathers who find themselves returning to the primary care giver for their grandchildren.

Our devoted professionals strive to compassionately educate, intervene and advocate to position families toward a positive lifestyle. ChildServ helps build better lives today for a brighter future.
Today, we serve over 4,113 children and families annually throughout Cook, Lake and DuPage counties.

- educate children, families and communities to overcome the challenges encountered by children and youth
- prevent conditions in which children, youth, and families are placed at-risk
- intervene early in crisis situations by providing children with a path to a nurturing, permanent home
- advocate on behalf of children and families with elected representatives and the general public on issues that affect the stability of children and their families
