Family Child Care Homes
The Family Child Care Homes (FCH) program is designed to develop and support a network of affordable, high-quality day care homes to low-income families residing in targeted communities. The program also recruits families eligible to receive State-funded child care subsidies and access quality care for their children in the family child care homes. In addition, the program supports the efforts of parents by allowing them to maintain active employment and/or participation in educational or training programs.

Outcomes:
- 95% retained the same provider throughout their enrollment
- 100% of children in FCH are engaged in a variety of developmentally appropriate activities
- 100% of the FCH children screened met developmental targets
